Yes. The practice builder saves a draft on this device. Creators use ChatGPT sign-in to save online and publish. People filling out public forms do not need an account.
New and existing forms remain private until you choose Public when publishing. Anyone with a public link can read its questions and submit a response. Only the form owner can access its response inbox and photographs.
Existing responses remain available to read and export. At 100 forms, archive one to make room; its responses and files are kept. At 1,000 monthly responses, new submissions pause until the next UTC calendar month. At 1.0 GB, new uploads stop. Account & usage shows your totals and lets you clear abandoned uploads older than 24 hours.
Notification settings show whether email delivery is connected. Live email is awaiting setup. Paid subscriptions will be considered after the pilot; nothing here starts a payment or a contract.
